Yellow Flash is the 4th Hokage's technique. Minato impacts the rival into the air with a Rasengan and after that returns to toss one of his Flying Thunder God Kunai behind them. As he teleports behind them, he strikes them in the over with an alternate Rasengan that grows to a greater size before blasting and sending the rival again to the ground. It is known as the fastest Technique in the ninja world. It was used by Minato and Naruto.
